Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Speaker Comfort and Confidence Website (“Website”) and your purchase and participation in our public speaking courses (“Courses”) offered by Speaker Comfort and Confidence (“Company”). By accessing the Website and enrolling in our Courses, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

  1. Course Enrollment and Payment:

1.1 Course Availability: The availability of Courses is subject to change and may be limited. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Course at any time without prior notice.

1.2 Enrollment: To enroll in a Course, you must provide accurate and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enroll.

1.3 Payment: Course fees are clearly stated on the Website and are payable at the time of enrollment. Payment must be made through the designated payment gateway. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

2.1 Ownership: All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, lectures, exercises, worksheets, and course notes, are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Course materials without our prior written consent.

2.2 License: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use during the applicable Course period.

2.3 Prohibited Use: You may not share, sell, or otherwise transfer your access to the Course materials to any third party. Unauthorized use or distribution of the Course materials may result in legal action.

 

  1. Refunds and Cancellations:

3.1 Refunds: We offer a refund policy for Courses, which is stated on the Website. To be eligible for a refund, you must follow the refund procedure specified in the policy. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

3.2 Course Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Course for any reason. If we cancel a Course, you will have the option to receive a refund or transfer your enrollment to a future Course.

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada and the United States of America

 

  1. Entire Agreement:

8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Website and participation in the Courses, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

By using our Website and enrolling in our Courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not access the Website or participate in the Courses.
